Maximum entry level for external candidates is $12,206 per month. Salary step placement for promotional candidates is based upon Rules of the Personnel Commission.
4 Year Degree
Under administrative direction, responsible for planning, developing and implementing a comprehensive human resource management program including recruitment, selection, employment, training, job analysis, classification studies, management development, performance appraisal, and personnel services.
Education: Graduation from a four-year college or university required. Coursework in human resources management, public or business administration is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible management experience, including experience in employee supervision and performance management. Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
