The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Management in the College of Business seeks applicants for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management (HR), starting in August 2023. Primary teaching responsibilities will be courses in human resource management/organizational behavior, staffing, training, and/or compensation for undergraduate management students and HR majors.
