Advertised Job Summary:
Serve as one of the departmental HR Coordinators for approximately 300 employees in Facilities Administration, Facilities Services, and Design and Construction. Administer process for classification and compensation, employee relations, and HR systems. As a member of the Facilities HR team, enable Facilities Managers to create the best environment for organizational success. Assists HR Manager with complex employee relations issues and special projects. Assists with the coordination of consistent compliance with state, University, and departmental human resource related policies, procedures, programs, and services by maintaining knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in human resources management programs including experience in multiple disciplines.
