McLeod Cooperative Power Association, Glencoe, MN – is a member-owned cooperative since 1935 and provides electricity to more than 6,000 residents, businesses, and industries in central Minnesota. We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to fulfill the position of Executive Administrative Assistant / HR Specialist.
The successful candidate will report to the CEO and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the cooperative’s human resources policies, programs, and practices. Provide confidential administrative assistance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and department managers to ensure coordination of executive functions and facilitate prompt and effective communication. In addition, the position is responsible for payroll process and performing accounting-related tasks. We would love for you to become a member of our team of talented employees.
To qualify, candidates must have an associate of arts degree and five years of related experience. PHR (Human Resource Certificate) strongly preferred.
