In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to assigned business area(s) and work with the senior leadership teams. You will act as a champion and develop the human resources function by providing leadership, consulting, and expertise across the business to support the organization mission, values, culture, and operational plans.
Align Human Resources (HR) strategy, goals, and objectives to overall business strategy and objectives; provide guidance on talent management, workforce relations, organization design and compensation, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions.
Maintain broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; uses knowledge of economic factors, labor market, industry, and business and HR metrics to make business decisions.
Collaborate and influence across HR and engage appropriate subject matter experts to execute on strategic human capital plan for assigned business areas.
Facilitate strategic discussions with leaders and HR Center of Excellence (COE’S) to provide expertise to develop fully integrated and effective solutions that improve current processes and address talent-related challenges such as retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development; uses appropriate tools for leadership competency and skills assessment.
Provide guidance and coaching to business leaders on HR and business-related issues.
Serve as a seasoned change agent with proven ability to drive and influence strong and seasoned business leaders and HR professionals and implement improvements.
Develop, mentor and lead a human resources team consisting of HR business partners for assigned business areas.
Maintain knowledge in the use of evidence-based research, benchmarks, HR and business metrics and asks critical questions needed to evaluate data and share insights with leaders, recommending solutions that support the culture, strategic direction and resources
Relevant degree preferred. Human Resources, Business or related field.
10 or more years’ experience required.
Experience managing a team of HR business partners.
Proficiency in technical human resources disciplines and in building team effectiveness.
Demonstrated experience developing and leading large-scale initiatives and advising senior management on insights, implications and appropriate socialization, communication strategy and deployment approaches to programs.
Excellent leadership, influence, and negotiation skills.
Strong written, interpersonal, presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.
Strong diagnostic skills and conceptual abilities.
Skilled with change processes in complex systems, conflict resolution and group dynamics.
Strong ability to work in a matrix environment.
Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$135,200.00 - $201,200.00
