In this role, you will align and inspire people to maximize their potential in delivering exceptional organizational results. You will implement Human Resource (HR) practices, policies, and solutions by partnering with the business and coaching managers to drive organizational results within assigned departments. You will assist with implementing a human capital strategy that prepares the workforce for high performance and best supports the objectives of the business.
Assist in the execution of Vizient’s people strategy to practice, strengthen, embed core values, culture and overall business goals within the organization and supporting departments.
Partner with assigned teams and locations to drive organizational and human capital strategies.
Provide day to day coaching and performance management guidance; work with managers and employees to build strong work relationships, mediate as needed and drive high morale, productivity, and retention.
Guide managers through the execution of HR programs and processes.
Identify people practices data by asking questions to identify root cause of issues.
Perform analyses to identify potential solutions and shares data analysis with leaders.
Recognize insights and opportunities to enhance and streamline HR processes.
Work closely with the HR Operations and Center of Excellence (COE) such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other departments to provide HR solutions.
Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in facilitation of organizational effectiveness solutions in partnership with others (e.g., communicating engagement survey scores for individual teams in partnership with COE team).
Relevant degree preferred. Human Resource Management or Organizational Development preferred.
2 or more years of experience in an HR-related field required.
Experience with Human Resource Management Systems required. Workday preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams) required.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Previous experience operating in a strategic HRBP model preferred.
Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (written and verbally) across the organization at various levels.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
The ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$59,600.00 - $86,450.00
