JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and administering compensation programs under occasional guidance. Works collaboratively with partners to ensure the compensation program supports and is aligned with both short and long term organizational objectives. Ensures compensation programs comply with applicable regulations and policies.
Proactively addresses compensation issues.
Evaluates compensation processes and systems and implements improvements.
Works with partners and leaders to provide staff with job structure.
Trains HR partners on compensation policies and practices.
Participates in and analyzes results from salary surveys to assess market competitiveness.
Performs market and equity analysis of positions to assess salaries.
Determines proper classifications of new and existing positions.
Performs job evaluations and provides salary recommendations.

COMPENSATION ANALYSIS AND DESIGN (INTERMEDIATE):- The analysis and design of base and specialty pay programs.
COMPENSATION PLANNING (INTERMEDIATE):- Anticipates future compensation needs and determines actions or resources needed to reach organizational objectives.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS (INTERMEDIATE):- The process of identifying, evaluating, interpreting and organizing data. It includes sorting through data to identify patterns and establish relationships for decision making.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (INTERMEDIATE):- Planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
Organizational Impact: Executes job responsibilities with the understanding of how output would affect and impact other areas related to own job area/team with occasional guidance.
Problem Solving/ Complexity of work: Analyzes moderately complex problems using technical experience and judgment.
