Position Summary Purpose The Human Resources Administrator will administer human resources functions in support of the laboratory’s mission to attract and retain highly qualified staff. The Human Resources Administrator will administer professional training and development programs for all FRIB employees and assist with managing HR operational responsibilities for Staff Support. Major Duties/Responsibilities Design, maintain, and deliver a structured professional development training program for FRIB Line Management and Staff.  Develop, maintain, and support onboarding programs and processes such as new hire orientation.
