Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources plans, organizes, manages, and directs all aspects of the following areas: Certificated and Classified Personnel, Labor Relations, Recruitment and Diversity Plans, Talent Development, and HR Data Management.
