The Human Resources Associate acts as a liaison to Saint Louis University internal stakeholders to facilitate the human resources management of systematic workday onboarding processes for faculty, postdoc and adjunct new hires. Â It is the role of the HR Associate to continuously interact, assistÂ and consult with hiring managers and business managers to accurately mange the hiring processes to ensure the following:I-9 compliance,Â that is required by the United States federal law,Â as individuals are hired for employment with Saint Louis UniversityJob positions are being closed out and meet OFCCP audit requirementsThe timing of the hiring process is being initiated to result in positive candidate onboarding experience.
