The Human Resources (HR) Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for leadership in the smooth running of the TAS Human Resources Department. The HR Director oversees all HR functions including recruitment, employment contracts, employee orientation, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, support staff professional development, employee evaluation, employee relations and HR policies.   The detail JD can be reviewed at the section of ABOUT US/CAREERS on the TAS website.
