Reporting to the Manager of the Shared Service Center (SSC), the Senior Shared Service Advisor is responsible for Tier II escalations from HR Shared Services Representatives I & II. Provides training and specialized expertise to the HR Shared Services Representatives I & II. Identifies and resolves issues with a strong emphasis to associated patterns. Is a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas: Benefits Administration, HR Operations, HR Shared Service Delivery, Academic HR or HRIS systems. Interacts cross functionally with Centers of Expertise (COEs) and Senior HR Business Partners (SHRBPs), Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) and various departments within the University to ensure handoffs, communication and interactions are customer focused, seamless and delivered with high quality.
