Professional Experience in a Higher Education STEM setting strongly preferred.
Knowledge of human resources principles and best practices highly desirable.
A calm demeanor and ability to hold space for complex emotional discussions is vital to success in this position, as is integrity to the truth and an ability to balance intent with impact as core values.
Experience with community engagement and culture building.
Experience in establishing objectives, leading training, event planning, logistics, and strong oral and written presentation skills.
Demonstrated success building effective partnerships, credibility, rapport, and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience transitioning projects from the start-up phase to an enduring model.
