Job Summary: Oversees the accurate and timely processing of faculty personnel actions in People Soft and faculty searches in People Admin. Serves as the primary point of contact to colleges to provide guidance on academic personnel life cycle processes including faculty postings, recruitment, appointments, reappointments leave, retirement, separation and reviews. Partners with AHR leadership to identify potential patterns, trends, recommendations, and brings concerns forward for consideration, utilizing metrics and data analysis. Serves as the primary source for maintaining faculty personnel records. Responsible for training administrators on academic personnel life cycle processes, which includes scheduling and coordinating training class
