The Postdoc Administrator will serve as the main resource related to the administration of postdoctoral trainees in the Department of Biochemistry & Biophysics on the Mission Bay campus. This individual will participate in all aspects of postdoc administration including: 1) Liaising with the HR Shared Services Team for Trainees. 2) Tracking all postdoc appointments including visa and fellowship end dates. 3) Providing post-award management of postdoctoral research fellowships. 4) Assisting with UCPath funding entry and direct retro processing for postdoc appointments.
