The incumbent is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of various positions throughout the organization. He/she will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates to respective hiring departments. Targeting the best qualified candidates, this recruiter will develop strategies to attract and retain staff as well as provide support to new hires.Â The recruiter conducts interviews and makes recommendations regarding the hiring of employees.Â This person will also coordinate, promote, attend, and participate in recruitment events.Â He/she will also assist the department and team with special projects as it relates to HR functions.Â Examples of special projects include but are not limited to participating in OnBoarding of new hires, assisting with coordinating travel for staff and candidates, attending meetings and reporting on current nurse recruitment initiatives, assisting HR department and organization during regulatory surveys conducting research and investigations related to labor related issues/grievances, as well as other duties and projects as assigned.Â Â
The annual base salary range for this position is $81,120- $133,010. Minimum Education:â¢High School diploma required or GED equivalent. â¢Bachelorâs degree required or 3 or more years working as a recruiter could be substituted for the education. Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Recruiter in a healthcare setting preferred. â¢Proficient in Microsoft Officeâ¢Proficient analytical thinking and creative skills.â¢Previous experience in Recruitment or Human Resources required.â¢Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)â¢Recruitment for union positions strongly preferredâ¢Recruitment in an academic medical center strongly preferred Required License/Certification:â¢Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
