The Director, Compensation will provide direction, guidance and expertise on all compensation matters, and collaborate with leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure that compensation programs align with and support key university initiatives which includes leading the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR compensation strategies. Lead a team of Compensation professionals to include managing performance and development of team.
