As part of a team of 160 employees, the Human Resources Assistant supports the Human Resources department members in all functions related to benefits administration by performing administration duties including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefits information to employees, retirees, and directors. You will use applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, and benefits databases and websites. You'll work along the HR Manager and HR Coordinator daily, and frequently consult and interact with employees and retirees of Warren RECC.
For this position we will offer an alternate work schedule. Additional overtime hours may be required. The Human Resources Assistant reports to our corporate office located at 951 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
Qualifications for a Human Resource Assistant
High School graduate or equivalent is required, and additional degrees are a plus
2-4 years' experience working in administrative roles, human resources experience is desired
Valid driver's license
