HR Manager Summary Provides management to the department in the absence of the senior leader. May have direct responsibility for functions within the department. Has ability to hire, fire and discipline staff. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director, may have a specific responsibility for portions of the department(s). Will provide counsel to hospital staff in relation to employment matters. Administers programs as assigned. Education Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience Experience Required: 5 years in Human Resources Certifications
