Department OverviewThis position manages human resources (HR) functions for the Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Medicine (APOM), including developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with department and OHSU strategic initiatives, bridging management and employee relations by advising and assisting in grievances and employee relations, and managing and implementing the recruitment and selection process in alignment with OHSU HR recruitment policies and procedures. Overall recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance evaluation, policies and procedures, and personnel management are primary responsibilities for this role. Faculty clinician recruitment is the primary focus of this role and the APOM HR team, in alignment with OHSU's
