Summary: The Human Resource Manager supports the VP of HR in providing full-service human resources support to our organization. In this role, you will provide employee coaching and counseling to department directors and managers in the areas of discipline, termination, grievances and interprets policies and procedures. Provides HR Operations support to the organization. HRIS support to the HR team & organization. Conducts investigations on claims of harassment, hostile work environment, etc. Provides general HR information to employees and leaders regarding all facets of HR services.
