Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives: recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization. Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues. Manage daily departmental operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs. Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws. Minimum Education:â¢Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management or a related field or equivalent 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources preferred. HR coursework or certificate in HR preferred.Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢Experience in a health care industry preferred. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.â¢Capable of communicating with all levels of employee-administrative to staff.â¢Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient analytical thinking and creative skills.â¢Spanish preferred.Required License/Certification:â¢HR Certification Preferred. â¢Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
