  The Director of Human Resources provides leadership related to human resource management with integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality. The Director is responsible for employee recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, enforcement of the disciplinary process and conflict resolution while ensuring the College meets its organizational objectives. Effective communication is essential in working collaboratively with all constituents of the College.
