Human Resources Processing Analyst is under the direction of the HR Processing Supervisor, the HR Processing Analyst has the primary responsibility to organize, analyze, validate, and enter all Human Resources data transactions into the unified payroll database. Understands and applies human resources policies, rules, and the UCPath system, Transaction Processing System (TPS), Personnel Database (PDB) data entry procedures. The HR Processing Analyst critically evaluates the information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts and research inconsistencies in information.
