The Human Resources Specialist serves as the primary point of contact with employees and potential employees. This position plays a key role in recruiting, screening and interviewing, as well as employee relations, benefits, and training. This position is responsible for managing all benefit and retirement plans. In addition, the position will work closely with the HR/Payroll Clerk for maintaining and updating the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Salary Range: $45,418 - $56,773 Minimum Qualifications:  A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business field is required along with three years’ experience in Human Resources or similar office environment.
