Assistant Director, Employment and Recruiting – Human Resources
POSITION SUMMARY:This is administrative and professional work assisting with development of recruitment and retention programs and management of the recruitment process to help the University in meeting its strategic goals. The individual will manage employment searches to help attain a diverse workforce, supervise reception area processes and staff resource and oversee the PA Act 153 compliance program.Work is performed under the general direction of the AVP, Human Resources. General direction will be provided with overall program goals and as needed with special projects and general searches.
