Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryServes as a strategic lead for identifying and implementing technological opportunities and processes to enhance proactive recruiting strategies and maximize efficiency of current and new recruiting platforms with external vendors, social media, etc. for hiring needs across WU/WUSM. Serves as a strategic and technological lead for special projects for Recruitment to improve processes and workflow as needed. Assists in leveraging and maximizing recruitment functions in the Workday system. Identifies recruitment sources, recruits, interviews, and helps managers select the best-qualified candidates to fill opportunities within the University; provides on-going and constructive feedback to hiring managers,
