HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Administrative Associate Director, the HR Business Partner is responsible for processes payroll, funding changes, benefits enrollment, new hires, and other various HR functions. This position will support faculty, staff, postdocs, students, and visiting scholars at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery (WID)This position serves as the primary point of contact for employee questions as well as advising on HR policies and procedures. The HR Business Partner is responsible for multiple functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, life-cycle transactions, and employee relations. The HR Business Partner is expected to use good judgment, maintain confidentialit
