Position Summary This position will support the administration of our Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). The position will include the following duties and responsibilities: Provide support for administration of student health insurance for voluntary, medical, international students and graduate assistants Develops and implements initiatives related to student and graduate assistant insurance Resolves complex problems and escalated student insurance inquiries Troubleshoot vendor, enrollment and student health insurance waiver issues Review and edit communications and website information related to student insurance Participate in campus partnerships to highlight and educate students on student health insurance
