HR Operations Coordinator - Temporary
DescriptionHR Operations Coordinator will be working closely with other members of the HR Operations team (initially). The role will be provided direction on how items are to be completed. Once trained, the position will be asked to work independently. (Note members of the team will still be available to assist with questions.)Position consists of data entry into PeopleSoft, completion of various forms (employment verifications, etc.), assisting employees/managers with questions and troubleshooting of electronic form submission, and adding documentation to employee files.Please note, most of our communication with others is completed via email. However, the position will require virtual meetings and calls.
