The Human Resources Analyst uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative professional to plan, develop, administer and coordinate departmental academic, staff and volunteer recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, advancement and separation processes. The individual manages departmental academic affairs, serves as the key administrative resource for faculty, staff and departmental leadership, and liaises with the UCSF Human Resources (HR) Service Center(s), Academic Affairs and Disability Management Services teams(s).The Human Resources Analyst also uses advanced skills and knowledge of the UC System wide and / or organization HR / Academic Personnel Manual (APM) policies and programs to address strategic personnel issues and to resolve complex issues and
