The Department of Management at the BYU Marriott School of Business seeks to fill continuing faculty status (similar to tenure) track positions in Strategy and OB/HR starting in Fall 2023, pending approval by the Board of Trustees.
We welcome candidates with primary research and teaching interests in strategic management for the Strategy position. We welcome candidates with primary research and teaching interests in organizational behavior and/or human resource management for the OB/HR position. Secondary interests in related fields (i.e., economics, org. theory, entrepreneurship, etc.) are appropriate for both positions.
We seek candidates at the assistant, associate, or full professor level. The successful candidate will (1) be expected to conduct research that leads to publications in top-tier journals; (2) be responsible for teaching a two-two (or equivalent) course load to undergraduate and/or graduate business students; and (3) participate in college and university service activities commensurate with experience and rank.
Candidates must (1) possess an earned doctorate by 2 August 2023; (2) demonstrate the ability or potential to conduct high quality research in the area of strategic management; and (3) demonstrate an interest and ability to teach undergraduate and graduate business students. Applicants for associate or full professor should have records consistent with desired rank.

Arches, Bryce Canyon, and Zions National Parks are within a four-hour drive to the south. Yellowstone National Park is about six hours to the north.
