Senior Human Resources Analyst (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)
East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Analyst (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion [DEI]) for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Culture (ODEC). ODEC is comprised of the offices of Contract Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (DIO), and Employee and Organizational Development (EOD). Under ODEC, the position is responsible for the implementation of action items from EBMUD’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Plan (DEISP). This includes working cross-functionally across all ODEC offices and with various departments across EBMUD.
