The Management Department of the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University invites applications for a tenure-track position with a focus on organizational behavior and human resources at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. At the Assistant level, a Ph.D. or DBA in Management or a related area (conferred by August 2023 at latest) is required, along with evidence of teaching effectiveness and research potential in the area of organizational behavior and human resources. At the Associate level, in addition to the requirements for the Assistant level, candidates should also have a strong record of successful research and publications.
