Bullis School seeks a highly motivated and hands-on leader to serve as the next Director of Human Resources. This position is responsible for all human resources functions and will provide guidance and support to Bullis leadership on a range of human resources initiatives. These functions include: the regulatory compliance of all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations as they relate to employment and human resources; workplace compliance by overseeing workplace investigations, policy creation and interpretation, performance management, medical accommodations, leave (FMLA/disability, ADA) requests; benefits; and other workplace projects impacting the employee experience.
