Job Summary: Assists in the design, development, execution, and communication of company compensation programs, tools and processes. Conducts analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, as well as legal compliance of the organization's pay practices. Assists with the development and implementation of compensation training and projects. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
