Under the direction of the Controller, the HR Manager leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing employees (as requested by the administration), administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing Pasadena Waldorf School (“School”) policies and practices.
