This position assists with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and provides administrative support for HR programs and services, specifically recruiting and benefits. Maintains benefit record requirements and provides benefits information and assistance to all college employees. Serves as the primary HR contact when recruiting for positions Director level or below.
