The University of Texas at Dallas has an excellent job opportunity for individuals looking to join our team as an Employment & Compensation Specialist I in the Office of Human Resources department.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree and four years of HR or administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to join our team. This is a lead position responsible for managing the onboarding and I9 management processes. The EC Specialist performs administrative, customer service, program coordination, and data entry duties in support of processes and programs specific to the Employment and Compensation function.
Under the supervision of the HR Director this position will manage new employee onboarding, I9 management and respond to varies inquiries and provide guidance and recommended courses of action while supporting the mission of the Office of Human Resources to create a positive employee relations culture. Bachelor's degree and 4 years of HR or administrative experience.
Related experience may be substituted for a degree.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Current professional certification(s) in HR. Four years of Human Resource experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related field. Experience with Caspio
