Position Information Come and join our team of overachievers, serving a dynamic, and diverse client base. Serving as a member of the Financial and Administrative Services Team (FAST) leadership, the HR Business Partner provides a full range of human resource functions associated with the multiple departments within the FAST portfolio of Enrollment Services, Internationals Affairs, Undergraduate Education, and University Honors. This position reports to the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO) and is responsible for a variety of human resources duties in support of organizational management. Responsible for complex human resources and administrative processes in support of career, limited, contract, academic, students, and volunteers. Responsible for recommending, implementing, administering, coordinating, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and procedures including the following: recruitment, compensation and classification, employee and labor relations, benefits, leave administration, training, and development. Collaborates and coordinates with Central Human Resources, Shared Services Centers, and other centralized university units in the delivery of HR services.
