Senior Human Resource Specialist -Compensation (Remote)
Under general direction, this position is responsible for the ongoing design and administration of the salary structures and compensation plans, including job descriptions, job classification and evaluation, market-pricing studies, position and salary reviews.Evaluate new and revised jobs and recommend job classification, compensation, job attributes and FLSA status to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and in accordance to LMU compensation guidelines and policies.
