The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School invites applications for a tenure- track assistant professor position in the Department of Management and Organization. We are seeking individuals with a strong commitment to, and ability for, excellent scholarly research in the areas of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. We are open to hiring in all areas of HR/OB. We are particularly interested in candidates skilled in big data analytics and computational social science (e.g., machine learning) and/or diversity and inclusion related research areas. Exceptional candidates would be considered for the inaugural S. Dhanabalan Professorship, a new endowed chair intended for junior, untenured assistant professors. Although this search is focused on candidates completing their PhDs in 2023, we are open to hiring advanced assistant professors or associate professors with tenure as well and welcome enquiries from such candidates.

We welcome and encourage applications from candidates with PhDs from non-business disciplines such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Computational Social Science as long as the candidate is willing to publish in top business journals.
In addition to research, applicants should have a strong interest and competence in teaching at all levels, and in training doctoral students.
