As the assistant to the Director of Human Resources and Faculty Affairs, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant will also support a dynamic team by providing both routine administrative functions as well assist with special projects. Duties may include generating letters, making copies, filing, and conducting research to process and submit various HR and Faculty Affairs actions to the appropriate University Offices. Will also be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining several spreadsheets.
Will perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the Associate Director for Human Resources and Faculty Affairs and/or other members of the team.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment, or high school diploma and 8 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.
