St. Stephen's and St. Agnes is an Age 3 - grade 12 Episcopal day school located six miles south of Washington, D.C., in Alexandria, Virginia. Our school consists of three distinct campuses within a 1.5 mile radius, each uniquely tailored to meet the needs of the students within. The human resource director is responsible for overseeing daily HR functions to insure the school is in compliance with applicable laws. As well as strategic planning to allow the school to offer an attractive and competitive benefits package. This position reports to the Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
