The Human Resources Administrator is a seasoned and experienced professional that supports and facilitates the long-term success of UCSF Real Estate as an integral member of the Finance, Administration and Operations team. The candidate must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, work independently and within a team environment, remain current in technology and be extremely well-organized and flexible. The candidate must enjoy supporting a large and diverse department, interact with a wide range of audiences with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism. The HR Administrator will collaborate with the Administration team to facilitate HR operations.

Proficient with information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Primary responsibilities for the position include:
Act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries
Coordinate and assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities in all recruitment efforts
Understanding recruitment processes at UCSF and within Real Estate,
Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job descriptions, apply critical thinking by being able to advise on applicants during screening
Scheduling interviews, facilitating interviews, managing the post-interview process; developing surveys; summarizing information to present to hiring managers,
Develop, manage and maintain onboarding resources for the department, provide support to hiring managers throughout the onboarding life cycle,
Develop, manage and maintain offboarding resources for the department, provide support to managers and leadership; analyze and prepare reports,
Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases.
Review, revise, and update department policies as applicable.
Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and more.
Manage and run the HRIS software of the organization, and make sure it's updated.
