Position Summary Serve on the Student Life and Engagement (SLE) Human Resources leadership team and help oversee the success of the unit by developing and leading divisional recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the division attracts, hires, and retains the best team members, while growing a strong talent pipeline of diverse candidates who meet the needs of and demonstrates the values of the division; stay informed, monitor, and apply HR recruiting and retention best practices; collaborate with university partners attract students looking for academically related internships and employment; provide analytical recruiting reports regarding recruiting metrics and implement strategies accordingly; collaborate with diversity, equity and inclusion leaders within the divisio
