Reporting to the Division Manager, the Division HR and Operations Administrator uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative professional to manage, plan, and administer human resources and operational aspects of the Division of Palliative Medicine at UCSF Health. This position must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, independently analyzing issues, work with a high level of autonomy, and be well-organized and flexible. This role requires excellent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for a range of human resources and operational issues.
