Detailed Description Performs HR functions in the central HR department related to Recruiting and Employment. Proactively assesses the program(s) and identifies the Onboarding and Recruiting needs of the departments for assigned areas and develops creative solutions, policies, procedures, processes, and training to address those needs. Interprets human resources policies, procedures, standards, and practices and provides advice and specialized assistance to staff, other departments, external agencies, and vendors related to the assigned area of responsibility.
