The Position The Human Resources Director leads the administration of Human Resources functions and is instrumental in shaping the organizational culture, promoting its values, and maximizing the potential of all employees. The Director is an influential leader and a key member of the City’s leadership team who strives to ensure the City of Tigard’s people strategy aligns with Council goals and organizational initiatives.
