The Human Resource Department within the Executive Division of the Office of the Insurance Commissioner in Washington state is seeking to fill a permanent Senior Human Resource Generalist position.  Reporting to the Human Resource Director, this position will be responsible for performing expert level Human Resource consultation to a variety of assigned agency divisions.  As a smaller agency, you will be able to engage in conversations with staff, managers, and executives to provide advice and consultation for issues from the beginning through resolution.
